Accomplishments:
Mr. Mahoney has been involved in the legal profession since 1974 when he began work at Mahoney, Dougherty, and Mahoney. After stints as a law clerk and investigator, he joined the firm as a lawyer in 1982 and became a shareholder in 1990. While practicing primarily in workers’ compensation, he also has a significant practice in personal injury, no-fault arbitration, and subrogation. He heads the firm’s collection and debtor/creditor and workers’ compensation areas. He is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114 for arbitrations and mediations.
Personal:
Mr. Mahoney is a Boy Scout Volunteer, working as a Troop Committee member, Eagle Coach and Merit Badge Counselor. He also competes in sailing regattas for a local yacht club.
